Radical Paradox endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products at the earliest and adhere to the highest quality standards.
Orders once delivered, cannot be returned for refund. We ensure optimum quality and we cater to your whims so we doubt you'd want a refund! We will give you store credit or exchange your Radical Paradox item with an identical replacement if the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, has a genuine manufacturing defect, damaged during shipment or if you wish to change the size of your garment.
- To report a damage in transit please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and snapshot of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
- To initiate an exchange you must contact us within 10 days from the receipt of the product by emailing your exchange request to email@example.com and we shall send you the replacement within 7-10 business days.
- Incase of size exchanges, you will be charged a nominal additional fee of INR 100 for pick and drop since these are not covered by our Shipping Policy. Please check, double check the fit guide or ask us plenty of questions to ensure you order the right size.
- To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be unused, unwashed for hygiene reasons, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing. Items without tags will not be exchanged. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt of purchase. Please e-mail this info to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
